Key responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition function, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across tech and non-tech domains.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, recruitment strategies and talent intelligence.
  • Own the executive and leadership hiring charter, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term capability building.
  • Establish and enhance best-in-class talent advisory frameworks, market mapping, competitor intelligence, and talent pipelining.
  • Drive consultative partnerships with stakeholders across functions, including Technology, Operations, Strategy and HR Business Partners.
  • Build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team, promoting a culture of excellence, agility and innovation.
  • Ensure a data-driven approach to recruitment, using analytics to improve hiring outcomes and forecast future needs.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in all hiring strategies and practices.
  • Leverage deep industry knowledge to identify emerging talent trends and proactively adapt strategies.

Role requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of experience in talent acquisition, with recent experience in a leadership role.
  • Consulting background is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both tech and non-tech hiring, with hands-on experience in tech recruitment being essential.
  • Proven leadership hiring experience with a strong track record of success across complex hiring mandates.
  • Deep understanding of market intelligence, talent research and executive mapping.
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style.
