Key responsibilities

  • Build and implement TPRM frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct supplier risk assessments and maintain performance scorecards, taking action to enhance supplier performance as necessary.
  • Lead and execute sourcing and category strategy for professional services, including IT contingent labour and managed services, aligned with global sourcing and growth strategies.
  • Act as lead negotiator to develop and execute favorable contractual arrangements, ensuring adherence to performance, quality, service, and security standards. Manage competitive bid processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Review, update, and comply with internal and global procurement policies, enforcing contract compliance and identifying value leakages. Overseeing financial governance of professional services, including budget tracking, invoicing controls, and audit support.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Industry-recognized certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are preferred.
  • 15+ years of end-to-end procurement and TPRM experience, with over 5 years in leading professional services and consulting categories for global corporates within the Indian service sector located in SPTI/SEZ.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and implementing Third Party Risk Management frameworks.
  • Exposure to Source to Pay and ERP tools, along with a strong background in Vendor Management Systems, and Procurement or Finance systems.
