Strategic Planning and Deal Origination
Formulate and execute inorganic growth strategies in alignment with long-term corporate objectives
Identify and assess potential investment, divestment, and partnership opportunities across relevant markets
Cultivate and manage relationships with external stakeholders including financial institutions, advisory firms, and industry partners to support deal origination
Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses to inform strategic decision-making
Transaction Execution and Due Diligence
Lead end-to-end execution of transactions, including the coordination of cross-functional due diligence efforts across financial, legal, operational, and commercial domains
Perform valuation assessments, financial modelling, and risk analysis to support investment decisions
Structure and negotiate transaction terms in consultation with internal stakeholders and external advisors
Ensure all transactions are executed in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner
Post-Transaction Integration and Performance Monitoring
Oversee integration initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals and realization of synergy targets
Develop and implement detailed post-acquisition integration frameworks, covering operational, financial, and cultural dimensions
Monitor post-transaction performance against defined metrics and make recommendations to optimize outcomes
Stakeholder Management and Internal Leadership
Provide strategic guidance and oversight to internal working teams throughout the transaction lifecycle
Communicate deal rationale, risks, and potential impacts to senior leadership and relevant governance committees
Partner with key departments, including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Operations, to ensure cohesive execution and alignment across the organisation
