Our client is a large global professional services firm with multiple business offerings. They are looking for an experienced candidate to join their Global Finance team to oversee the Financial Planning, Billing and Pipeline aspects working closely with the Global CFO.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of global credit control and billing processes and teams.
Serve as the primary contact within the Finance team for executive-level assessments of WIP and debt balances.
Lead a large global team of Billing and Revenue specialists.
Take ownership of billing and collections procedures.
Create and uphold the relevant KPI metrics.
Address any ad-hoc issues raised by the Financial Director or CFO.

Role requirements

Degree in Finance / Accounting coupled with the relevant qualification (HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA, etc.)
8+ years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, Revenue and Pipeline management for an established Professional Services business
Understanding of the professional services fee-based revenue model and the accounting principles
Strong people management experience having led sizeable diverse teams
Ability to communicate with Senior stakeholders on a Global level
Excellent communication skills
