Warehouse Operation Manager (Consumer Electronics)

Key responsibilities

• Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Inventory Control: Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to minimize discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve warehouse workflows, layout, and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with sales and 3PL partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the warehouse.
• Reporting & KPIs: Monitor and report on key performance metrics (eg. order accuracy, turnaround time, inventory turnover) to senior management.
