Key responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Account Management:
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve client retention and growth goals.
- Monitor account performance and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients effectively.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Coordinate team efforts to meet client demands and achieve business objectives.
Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance and key metrics.
- Address client feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Role requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 9-13 years of professional experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in client handling and account management.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment best practices.
- Experience in team management and leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
