As an Account Manager – Delivery at “The Edge Partnership”, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of staffing and recruitment services, and overseeing a team of talented professionals. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record in account management, talent acquisition, and team management.

Key responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Account Management:

  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve client retention and growth goals.
  • Monitor account performance and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients effectively.

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Coordinate team efforts to meet client demands and achieve business objectives.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance and key metrics.
  • Address client feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 9-13 years of professional experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in client handling and account management.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience in team management and leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
