Key responsibilities

Tech Recruitment:

  • Identify, source, and attract top-tier talent within the technology industry, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, and other technical professionals.
  • Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability for specific contract roles.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure a deep understanding of the technical landscape.

 

Contract Staffing:

  • Manage the entire contract staffing process, from client requirements gathering to candidate placement and onboarding.
  • Negotiate contract terms and compensation packages to ensure a win-win scenario for both clients and candidates.
  • Monitor contract assignments and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.

 

Account Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for expanding our staffing services within their organizations.

 

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters within the team, providing coaching and support to help them excel in their roles.
  • Set recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, tracking progress, and implementing strategies for improvement.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in technical recruitment and contract staffing, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
