Devi has been recruiting in Asia since 2006, predominantly covering Financial & Professional Services and related Tech. Her core focus is recruiting for leadership level roles within the CEO, CFO & COO remit. Twice voted a Top 10 Best Recruiter in the AsiaMoney Headhunters Poll, Devi has successfully built teams for startups, growth stage as well as MNC’s throughout Asia. Her experience has enabled to build a long-standing proven network in the space, and also be well acquainted with various cultural expectations in this part of the world- all of which play a key role in successful hiring and also enables her to provide on-the-money advice, from market intelligence to strategic searches, and headcount planning.

With over a decade of recruitment experience, Michelle heads up the Commerce Team at The Edge, with the team recruiting across Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement & Supply Chain and Healthcare. Armed with an Accountancy degree, Michelle began her career as an Auditor with Deloitte & Touche. She subsequently moved to an in-house audit and compliance role with a Temasek Portfolio Company before venturing into recruitment. Haven taken both English and Chinese as First Language subjects in school, Michelle is effectively bilingual.
Nicole has been recruiting in Asia since 2006, for middle to senior leadership positions from Sales & Marketing, & Technology functions within IT&T, Fin-tech and Commerce sectors. Nicole has successfully built teams for established business and set up new firm from scratch throughout Asia.
Prior to The Edge Partnership, Nicole worked in leading executive search and professional recruitment companies managed across multiple disciplines within Contingent recruitment including Sales & Marketing, Logistic & Supply Chain, Technology, Banking & Finance, HR, Finance & Accounting.
Nicole holds a MBA from Poly technology University in HK and is degree qualified in Economic from University of Victoria in Canada.
