Key responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for BFSI roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
Negotiate contracts, compensation, and terms of employment with selected candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring needs and expectations.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market salary benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contract employment guidelines.

Role requirements

2 yrs to 8 yrs years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BFSI hiring.
Strong understanding of BFSI roles and industry trends.
Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.).
Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and rate discussions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple requirements.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
