About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant – Banking & Financial Services Desk to join our team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for the BFSI desk. The ideal candidate should have experience in working for a recruitment agency, strong sourcing skills, and a deep understanding of the BFSI industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for BFSI roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Negotiate contracts, compensation, and terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring needs and expectations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market salary benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contract employment guidelines.

Role requirements

  • 2 yrs to 8 yrs years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BFSI hiring.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI roles and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.).
  • Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and rate discussions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple requirements.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
