Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary finance contact for two corporate entities (SG & US).
  • Prepare financial statements, disclosures, audit schedules and tax filings
  • Perform month-end closing for assigned entities.
  • Manage cost control and allocation, focusing on data and system costs across corporate and fund entities.
  • Process end-to-end vendor payments, including invoice verification, tracking, and liaising with suppliers and affiliates.
  • Monitor operating cash flow to ensure sufficient funding and optimize excess capital.

Role requirements

  • 3+ years of experience, ideally gained within a Hedge Fund, Audit firm (auditing Hedge Fund / Investment Management clients) or Financial Services Institution
  • Prior experience handling corporate accounting functions, funding requirements, tax reporting, and statutory audit coordination.
  • Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
  • Experience with US Accounting / US Corporate Accounting is preferred but not essential
