We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter from the Commerce space to join us. As the Head of Commerce Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients in a variety of commerce-related positions across different channels and platforms, including B2C, B2B, and e-commerce.

Key responsibilities

Lead, manage and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients in the commerce sector.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing effective recruitment solutions.
Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for our clients in the commerce sector.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain clients and candidates.
Monitor and report on recruitment activity, providing regular updates to senior management.
Provide support and guidance to team members, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and techniques to ensure the agency’s competitiveness.
Build out a brand within the Commerce recruitment space in India.

Role requirements

A proven track record of success in recruitment, with a focus on the commerce sector.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience in managing and developing a team of high-performing recruiters.
