Account Manager – Recruitment Agency

The Edge Partnership is an Asia focused recruitment firm, with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and in four locations in India. We work with well-known international and domestic organizations in each country. This is a newly created opportunity in the India team to help ensure we are providing our clients with the best possible hiring support and market insights, within the India market. This is an individual contributor role, working closely with each team and senior management to help ensure we achieve our growth goals as an organization.

Key responsibilities

  • To develop and raise our company profile in our clients across the business and talent acquisition teams.
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Operate as a point of contact for assigned customers and key contacts.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and build relationships with key individuals.
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through responsiveness and anticipating customer needs.

Role requirements

  • A strong knowledge and understanding of the Banking & Financial services industry, captives in particular.
  • A knowledge of our client’s business and understanding of their competitors.
  • Some experience in business development and a track record of building strong relationships.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in recruitment with a good performance track record.
