We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Recruiter to join our team. As a Technology Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fulfill our contracting requirements within the technology domain. Your expertise in identifying top talent and your understanding of technology roles and skills will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Lead/managers to understand the specific requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to attract and identify potential candidates with the desired technology skills.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical proficiency, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technology professionals for future contracting needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to effectively identify and engage top technology talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to manage contractors’ documentation, onboarding processes, and other relevant administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the TRACKER- applicant tracking system (ATS).

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, with a focus on technology contracting positions.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles, skill sets, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to source, evaluate, and select candidates effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to meeting deadlines.
