Management Trainee – Recruitment (Fresher)

Key responsibilities

  • Research, identify and attract candidates using appropriate methods to satisfy assignment requirements.
  • Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures.
  • Monitor applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently.
  • Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams.
  • Provide first line support for all candidate enquiries.
  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships.
  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets.
  • Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities.
  • Generate fees in line with agreed targets.

Role requirements

  • 6 months – 3 years of work experience, ideally in a sales or recruitment role. Experience in other sectors will be considered if you are keen to pursue a Recruitment opportunity.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn and ‘go the extra mile.
  • A strong academic background and demonstrated an ability to achieve in your current role.
