We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team.

 

We need young and enthusiastic technical recruiters who have experience working on permanent staffing. We are looking for recruiters with 1 to 3 years of experience based in Bangalore (Hebbal) and immediately available.

Key responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Conduct in-depth research and mapping of candidates across the Singapore and Malaysia markets using job boards and tools like Job Careers Future, Job Street – Singapore, e-financials, Seek, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs across multiple industries and domains.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with hiring trends, market intelligence, and candidate availability specific to the Singapore and Malaysia regions.
  • Candidate Screening: Perform initial screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and job specifications.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with relevant information to track engagement, skill sets, and potential fit for various roles.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and effectively communicate market insights.
  • Candidate Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach to potential candidates, engage with passive talent, and present them with relevant opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the recruitment team and management on the progress of sourcing activities and candidate pipelines.

Role requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Recruiter, Researcher, or a Sourcer with a focus on the Singapore and Malaysian markets.
  • Strong experience in sourcing candidates across various industries using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other professional networks.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment trends and hiring practices in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to gather relevant candidate information and market insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience sourcing for specific industries such as IT, Finance, Engineering, or Consulting in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Prior experience working in an international recruitment environment or with global teams.
  • Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the Southeast Asia region (optional but beneficial).
