We are searching for experienced agency recruiters with a strong track record in Sales & Marketing recruitment. You will have a strong individual billing track record, experience in Business Development and delivery.  We are looking for self-motivated, independent thinkers with the ability to develop strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Effectively manage your clients’ hiring mandates while considering the requirements and budget.
  • Create a strong candidate talent pool through various sourcing channels for hiring across the market.
  • Engage with existing clients and develop new clients within your area of specialization.
  • Build and manage a team of successful and high performing consultants.
  • To be prepared to act as a mentor to others in the organization at all levels.
  • Effectively managing the team to achieve the budget.

Role requirements

  • 5 – 12 years of experience in agency recruitment (MBA qualified would be an added advantage).
  • Experience in agency recruitment with a proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Strong negotiation skills with excellent communications and people management skills.
  • Good experience in sourcing, engaging, and recruiting talent and market knowledge.
  • Can build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
