The Edge Contracting Services (TECS) is actively looking for a Team Lead – IT to join their team. Key responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates on candidate progress.
  • Coaching and mentoring a team of IT recruiters.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with client organizations.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment advertising strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and other relevant factors influencing the recruitment landscape.
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations to enhance their hiring strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions in the recruitment database.

Role requirements

  • Degree in B. Tech, BCA, MCA, B. Sc, or any Tech background is mandatory.
  • 5 – 7 years of proven experience as an IT / Technology recruiter in a staffing agency or recruitment firm.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
